1) What We Collect
- Account Data: Email, display name (if provided), authentication identifiers (Firebase).
- Usage Data: device/browser info, IP (may be transient), app interactions, logs, crash/diagnostics.
- Payment Data: processed by Stripe or app stores; we don’t store card numbers.
2) How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the App.
- Customer support and account communications.
- Product updates and marketing (opt-out anytime).
- Fraud prevention, debugging, and compliance.
3) Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers (e.g., Firebase, Stripe, analytics) under contracts restricting their use to our instructions. We may disclose if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4) Your Rights
- Right to Know/Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have about you.
- Right to Delete: request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to Opt-Out of “Sale/Sharing”: we do not sell personal info; if we ever do, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: we currently do not use or disclose sensitive personal info for purposes requiring this right.

5) Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above and legal/operational requirements.
6) Security
- TLS encryption in transit; Firebase encryption at rest.
- Access controls, API key hygiene, MFA on admin accounts.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Children
The App is not directed to children under 18 (or 21 where required). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8) International
We may process/store data in the U.S. and other countries. By using the App, you consent to such processing subject to this Policy.
9) Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
